Could not build wheels for pycld3, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects #36

same problem here

Install protoc using: sudo apt install -y protobuf-compiler
But I'm failing to install it after that step due to some missing libraries like longintrepr.h (Cython related).

Successfully installed on python 3.10 with:

sudo apt-get install -y \
      libprotobuf-dev \
      protobuf-compiler
