feat: make possible to do a 50/50 A/B test on xx% of the audience traffic #1586

Currently, when splitting the audience, all the traffic is used, making it not possible to do a 50/50 A/B test on 10% of the traffic, for example.

This enhancement would allow safer and cost-effective experiments while minimizing risks to the overall user base.
