EventForegroundTask did not work

How to reproduce

• Start an example app, and some events added to the database. (Listener.OnUpdate() called, but the listener is nil)
• Wait a few minutes to pass the interval set on the BKTConfig, but EventInteractor.sendEvents() did not call.
• The events were not sent to the server.

Expectation

• EventUpdateListener should not be null when init EventInteractor
• EventInteractor.sendEvents() should call when EventUpdateListener.OnUpdate() called
• EventInteractor.sendEvents() should call after an interval time set on the BKTConfig.
• When init ForeGround & BackGround Task, the Component should not be null.
