I've added better logging into the next version to hopefully catch the reason for this bug. I'm having a difficult time duplicating it.

This is likely caused by importing some transactions, which involves mapping to accounts, deleting an account, then trying to reuse a mapping to import again. So it's trying to map to a no-longer-existing account.
