System information (version)
  • mandelbulber2 => 2.21
  • Operating System / Platform =>Win 10 64-bit
  • Compiler => ❔
Detailed description

Under 2.21 Netrender, if you have 3 clients, there will be 3 frames left to render at the end of rendering an animation. If you have 2 clients, there will be 2 frames left. You have to stop the server, and let the server render out the final frames. If you hit render again with the clients still engaged, it will crash to desktop.

Does it apply to flight animation and keyframe animation?

This bug applies to both Keyframe and Flight animation. Both have to be stopped at the end of the render and as many clients as they were will be the number of frames left over to render.
