Description

It would be nice to update the internal bulma packages to Vue 2.7

Why Buefy need this feature

As I am aware that Buefy has a Vue3 successor. It would be nice to maintain the latest compatibility with the existing Vue2 projects before they migrate to Vue3

At the moment Vue is a peer dependency, it should work with Vue 2.7 too
