AS A CSA
I WANT the chatbot name to be correctly displayed in the chat and history logs
SO THAT the name appears as "Bürokratt" instead of the incorrect "Buerokratt," ensuring proper branding and consistency

Acceptance Criteria

  • The bot name "Bürokratt" is displayed correctly in the chat view.
  • The bot name "Bürokratt" is displayed correctly in the chat history logs.
  • No instances of "Buerokratt" remain in either the chat or history views.

Updated names in chats, increased font size slightly to properly display special characters
