By default, the maturation range is +- 1 day.

Enhancement request: make the maturation range customizable.

Update: default maturation range is now +-1 hour.

Add options for: +` 1S, 1M, 1H, 1D, 1W

andyl removed the 0-NEXT_ACTION label
