Echo framework support

Like Gin currently supported (https://docs.bugsnag.com/platforms/go/gin/), it would nice to support the well-known echo framework: https://echo.labstack.com (https://github.com/labstack/echo)

Hi @crazy-max

We do have an item on our backlog to add Echo framework support. However I should note that no substantial amount of work has been completed for this framework support. As such, we do not have any firm ETA on the release of this functionality. Once we have more information to share we will be sure to update this thread.
