Broken documentation links.

It seems that this commit (1ef02c9) removed the documentation linked from the Ockam Rust crate's readme. Did this documentation move somewhere else or was it just out of date? I am trying to get started with embedding Ocakm in a Rust project.

Hi @WillBuik, thanks for making us aware of this issue. In the latest ockam release (0.86.0) we have:

• reviewed and made all the ockam crates READMEs more consistent

• simplified the ockam crate README to refer to the docs.ockam.io website since it contains extensive and up to date documentation: https://crates.io/crates/ockam
