Treat warnings/analyzer warnings as build failure - customization #132

Allow users to specify whether warnings and analyzer warnings should fail the build or not. I see both sides having valid usecases, so we need to add a way to customize this.

  • add a simple mapping to the syncer config to customize how to treat warnings and analyzer warnings
  • add a way to change this in the UI
