Description

#942 added support for fish shell completion.

There is also powershell completion in cobra (with instructions here).

Add Powershell completion to our pack completion

With the merging/release of spf13/cobra#1208, looks like there's some significantly improved powershell completion, so we should definitely look into doing this!
