Anyone encounter GetTradeOffer api trade_offer_state update delay? If the other party makes a counteroffer, call GetTradeOffer api trade_offer_state=4 with the other party's information, but call GetTradeOffer api trade_offer_state=2 with the sender. After a few hours, Only then will the sender be able to check that trade_offer_state=4
