Color picker styles are off #1601

When you first go to a page with a color picker the icons are shifted down:

If you click any of the pre-populated color choices, they remain pushed down:

If you click the "randomize" button (the circular arrows) or if you manually enter a value via the pencil icon they move into the right place.
