travis CI fails on download of components

Yea I was looking into this yesterday.. Seems like I might need to change the travis config to use the latest mac os, v10.15. Either that or find a way to lock the macvim dependency to a previous version. I don't have a lot of time on my hands these days so any help would be appreciated and I believe anyone should be able to edit the travis.yml file on a new PR to try and fix it.

unfortunately i have no idea of how mac versioning works so i cant help too much there. maybe a mac user can, but for me to learn it would take just too much time
