Embedded Modal On Careers Page not scaling

On our careers page (https://www.atorusresearch.com/careers/), when the user clicks “APPLY NOW” within a specific job posting a pop up modal is opened where the user can input their information (pictured below).

However, because this modal is confined to the embedded container, we’ve had multiple applicants complain that they cannot scroll to click the submit button (the scroll in the image below is disabled when the modal is opened).

We have found this UI bug is enough to deter applicants from applying so we’d love to hear your thoughts on how to improve this experience.
