Create a splash screen

Would be a good idea to create a splash screen for various reeasons:

1. Branding
2. Initial checks (for example device architecture and display of error message)
3. Maybe to route to initial configuration of providers?

I would create splash screen like defined in android guidelines. So that is splash screen that is shown as first activity is loading and no more. After that first activity is shown.

This is done just by setting different theme on launcher activity and then changing it in on create
