puppet is whiny about a change in pull #573

When i run puppet on alpha, it says:

Two things:

• Fix that
• Make sure vagrant runs the same puppet version as alpha, so we see those issues there too

Yeah, i haven't had a chance to fix it yet; i will do when i can.
