Last suggestion for now!

It would be useful to give some kind of progress feedback to the user as the tests are taking part, e.g. show the "run number" (if you can implement multiple runs) and which test is being run currently. No need to actually show the results of the tests as you go, in my opinion, but just something so the user has an idea that the script is still doing something.
