web_delivery module only support 32bits

The module web_delivery only supports 32 bits payloads.

It has the following line of code:

connection.ps_execute(ps_command, force_ps32=True)

I also think maybe we should remove the module met_inject it basically does the same, but it needs more option. web_delivery module is simple to use.

I'll submit a PR to solve the issue,
