[FEATURE REQUEST]: wit-deps should be able to work from a proxy.

When I use wit-deps from inside my organizations network. I get a proxy auth failure.

- wit-deps update
-  INFO fetch `https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-keyvalue/archive/main.tar.gz` into `wit/deps/keyvalue`
- Error: failed to lock dependencies
- 
- Caused by:
-     0: failed to lock deps to `wit/deps`
-     1: failed to lock `keyvalue`
-     2: failed to GET
-     3: error sending request for url (https://github.com/WebAssembly/wasi-keyvalue/archive/main.tar.gz): error trying to connect: proxy authentication required
-     4: error trying to connect: proxy authentication required
-     5: proxy authentication required
