目前 byzer lang 的很多参数，spark 的，java 的，还有一些 jar 的引用，都全部以已启动参数的方式进行传入，难以维护，且非常容易出错，需要剥离开。

期望：

  • 二进制包中增加 conf 目录文件家，在此文件夹中，将 spark参数， jvm参数，以及 byzer 自身的一些配置抽成几个配置文件的方式
  • 启动脚本固定加载这些配置文件，从而可以避免无论是 docker 也好，k8s 也好，启动参数都比较固定，且配置文件可以外挂
  • 配置文件默认提供两种 profile的值，用户可以根据情况切换
    　　-　dev:
    　　- prod:
  • 部署必备的 jar 包，加入到 libs 文件目录中
