Handle PropertySchema struct 0 values when parsing CSV #31

When parsing a CSV, empty cells will be an empty string.
Empty string may be a valid value in the case of String Properties.

Need to signify empty cells somehow. Maybe use nil (null in frontend) but this also needs to account for properties whose JSON schema type is null.
