  • Add this plots tab of results page on the study view
  • Extend gene selection box to include all genes (rather than just queried genes)
  • Include same selection samples
  • By default, have gene selection empty and plot display messages to query gene
  • Not profiled genes should be labeled as such in gene selection (i.e. SNORD12B (Not profiled))
  • Look into different studies for bugs (MSK-IMPACT bug)
  • By default, have data options and color-by be empty
  • Results view should retain its original default
  • Gene options should be ordered with gene matching whole word on top
  • Look into genesets
