in patient view, samples are labelled as 'total RNA' despite being listed as 'total DNA' in the clinical_sample_data.txt file

samples can have 'total RNA' , 'total DNA' in sample_type column.

However in UI, sample type is shown as 'total RNA' despite being listed as 'total DNA'
