Unauthorized studies can be selected with the SELECT ALL button

Problem

When using the show unauthorized study feature studies should not be selectable on the landing page. Indeed the checkbox in front of the study is disabled. The study can be selected with the SELECT ALL button, however.

Proposed solution

The SELECT ALL button only selects authorized studies when clicked.
