Some plugins were clashing, updated / replaced to fixed. Working on e2e tests now.

@alisman we still have one open PR in the oncoprintjs repo: cBioPortal/oncoprintjs#160. We may need to open a new PR for this one in cbioportal-frontend repo once we finish migration.
