Click gene row to zoom feature not implemented consistently between mutations and copy-number changes

The feature looks different between mutation rows (entire row is clickable and gets highlighted, info message appears) vs copy-number changes (only gene symbol is clickable, no row highlight, no info message). I suggest to make it consistent and match the behavior from the mutations rows.

I also suggest to change the text of the tooltip / info banner from "Click gene row to zoom IGV browser" to "Click on an alteration to zoom in on the gene in the IGV browser above" ... or too long?
