Description

First figure out what the benefits of releasing by swapping slots would be (presumably the biggest one would be zero downtime, vs about 30 seconds now, but need to confirm).

If it looks worthwhile, document what would be required to implement slot swapping. Then request the slot from CDT.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Investigate whether we want to release to prod by swapping slots, and if so, create a ticket to execute it
