Before running scTenifoldNet to construct networks, could we please pre-allocate memory required for the rest steps. #10

Do not run scTenifoldNet if the required amount of memory cannot be allocated.

R defines the memory automatically. Memory management is operative system specific. I will work in a solution for this.
