Expected behaviour

Where an object contains multiple instances of the same search term, only a single object should be returned from the search.

Actual behaviour

Multiple rows are returned.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Add the same search term multiple times to a goal.
Add the goal
Search for the term. Multiple rows are returned.
