Describe the bug
You cant sent "all" when you have frozen outputs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

use coin control to freeze or disable some outputs
select send "all"
Try to send
it tries to send more than available, likely not accounting for the fee.

Expected behavior
Select "all" should sweep the available balances
