Acceptance Criteria

  • During application startup, log messages are recorded as expected

Additional context

In #1360, we made a small change to the sentry module to use a logger instead of print. However, we're not seeing the log statements. It may be due to the way our logging is configured and/or because sentry is at the root-level of the Django project.

This feels shaped enough, just not sure if we need to do it soon
