After #2235 is complete, we should update the event property payment_group in Amplitude and rename to enrollment_group.

Acceptance criteria

  • Analytics event started payment connection renamed to started card tokenization
  • Analytics event closed payment connection renamed to ended card tokenization
  • Analytics event property payment_group renamed to enrollment_group
  • Update docs
  • Events in Metabase prior to the change going live are renamed to the new name
