Research Question

Single sentence description: Use portfolio to make operator pages showing outputs from the 2 speed datasets. These 2 datasets reflect 1 week's worth of average trip speeds, with weekday/weekend and peak/offpeak flags.

• speeds_by_route_direction_peak_daytype_{month_year} - averaged by route-direction-stop_pair
