[CAL-1039] Bulk apply default conferencing app to already created events

As a user with many existing event types, I want to be able to bulk apply my default to those existing events.

It's been asked. Will try find. In general changing default is asked a lot. Imo changing the default for only new events is only half the feature if even. My expectation when I see a "default" badge in the installed apps area is to assume that this is the default on all my event types which is not the case. Until we make this change it's a misleading badge imo.

If I have a few event types and want to change the default, I have to click into 4 or 5 event types and change the settings.

Priority is low.
