We have zero visibility of how changes to node affect node-ui and manual testing is impossible (read slow and terrible) cc: @xilosada @MatejVukosav @miraclx @frdomovic @fbozic

This is not covered by the current e2e tests. Probably needs proper planning on how to do UI testing.
