References unable to render special characters

Title should be "Well-posed and ill-posed behaviour of the μ(I)-rheology for granular flows" instead of "Well-posed and ill-posed behaviour of the $\mu(\protect{I})$-rheology for granular flows".

This seems to be a problem with rendering LaTeX.

We might be able to render the cells as Markdown, since the Markdown component should parse LaTeX properly.
