Problem description

Current issue templates do not fit completely for the RM working group.

Expected action

Changes to be proposed:

  • Wording for "Correction", "Enhancement" and "Documentation"
  • Link to discussions is not customized
  • Link to API Guidelines should mention especially the chapter 5 (API Versioning)
  • Link to FAQ in Release Management wiki to be added

Additional context

Link to Discussions requires to enable discussion within the repository. I would recommend to do that.
