[Feature Request] Replace text

Hello,
I think that having a replace text functionality added would be useful. Similar to strip_text, but rather than removing certain characters replacing them. I faced this issue when I would have preferred to replace " \n" with " " (space) rather than have words concatenate. There could be many other use cases Imho.
