Describe the solution you'd like

Users wan't to save the loaded layers. Users can load their topics induviduell and for the next GMF call the topic tree is again indentical.

Can't you use the Permalink for this ?
I mean, you configure your layertree, and then you genarate a Permalink.
Then, when you open this Permalink, you should have the exact same layertree.

Thanks for your answer. Yey we can use the Permalink an so ist is a Solution for us. Maybe we could add an feature request of a setting option to save the layer setting in the user profile? What do you think?
