Document changes related with Operate Zeebe exporter

Since we're replacing Operate importer with Zeebe exporter, we need to adjust many pieces of documentation:

• how to enable and configure new exporter in Zeebe from scratch
• how to migrate from version 8.5 (with importer) to version 8.6 (with exporter):
  • exporter must be enabled in Zeebe configuration
  • which configuration options to copy over from the old Operate/Tasklist configurations
  • cluster must first be updated to version 8.5.2 or later and only then to 8.6.x
• when dedicated importer nodes can be shut down

Hi @akeller , I think we will start with content ourselves, but will appreciate help in reviewing and reformulating more user friendly 🙏
We will work on these docs closer to 8.6 release, probably in August.
