Add support for importing labels from the identifier file

Right now, we only import the identifiers from the input file and use that for transformations. Usually, this is fine, since we generally get the labels from UMLS. However, it would be nice to keep the verbatim label around, both to validate that the identifier is as expected, and to provide an additional label for searching in ontologies/APIs.
