UMLS entries have "semantic types", which is a very good way of categorizing these terms (see e.g. "Indicator, Reagent, or Diagnostic Aid" and "Inorganic Chemical" in https://ncit.nci.nih.gov/ncitbrowser/pages/concept_details.jsf?dictionary=SNOMED+Clinical+Terms&code=125001). We could use this to organize the terms we're producing.
