Enhancement Proposal

The Loki compactor exposes various configurations related to retention, in addition to compaction itself. we should start investigating the possibility of having some of these opinionated/exposed as charm configs, see #369.

A couple of configs worth looking at are compaction_interval, apply_retention_interval, retention_delete_delay, delete_request_store and delete_request_cancel_period see this post for more context
