Currently, the "Used by" column in the Network table is not project-aware. It only reports the total number of instances/profiles using the network, without giving information of how many instances/profiles in the current project use that network - which is the information that the user most likely wants to know. See the problem in action in the screen capture below, which also shows how this is different from the storage page, where both the "local" and "total" figures are shown:

The used by concept from storage does not directly apply to networks. Because networks can be referenced from two different types: instances and profiles. There might be a way to reflect that in the network list. Probably needs some thinking first before implementation.

I know that they are 2 different concepts. It should still be project-aware. That total number is not nearly as useful as the number of instances and profiles in the current context (project).
