[Missing]: Remove shard does not handle jumbo chunks

The current implementation of removing shards does not handle jumbo chunks at all.
According to the docs, there should be a handling of the jumbo chunks, otherwise the removal of the shard will never end.
The docs provide some information on how to handle jumbo chunks, and this should be implemented otherwise the cluster would get stuck in draining mode forever / until manual intervention of the operator.
