For the azure bubble rebranding we have been provided with this component which as I am aware does not exist in Vanilla. As wee are using it on multiple pages already, it should be created.

One way to resolve this would be adding a more generalized is-ticked utility or similar to allow users to place the checkmark icon alongside any number of content elements. Right now, is-ticked only exists in the context of p-list. Then this layout could be achieved fairly simply using standard grid units. Will do a bit of exploration here.

This will fit under our lists HOC roadmap item, which we haven't gotton to yet. Maybe we can start with this example. It would be a fitting replacement for the deprecated matrix component.
