@patricebender - will this be shipped as @cap-js/postgres version 1.6.0 ?

The comment type refactor will not trigger a minor semantic version increase by itself. If we add a feature for postgres before the next release, this will be shipped with v1.6.0. If we only add fixes, it will be shipped with v1.5.2. Currently, we do not have any changes for postgres which would trigger a release: #494

I cannot judge the content but updating the peer dependency is ok.
