Change tracking is considering edm:Date and edm:DateTime as same objects

Hello Colleagues,

We have change tracking implemented for entity Consignment in our project. There is a field EDI arrival date which is included in Change History.

Issue is when it is updated, its time format changes in the change history. Also there is an another field EDI arrival time which is also updated but it is not coming up along with EDI arrival date in change history tab.
